What is Islam? (in easy, clear terms)?
Islam is a monotheistic religion centered on one core idea: There is only one God (Allah), and life is about worshiping Him and living righteously.
At its heart, Islam teaches:
- One God (Allah) – No partners, no intermediaries
- Prophets – Including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and finally Prophet Muhammad.
- Revelation – Especially the Qur’an, believed to be God’s final message.

The 5 Main Practices (Pillars of Islam)
These are the basic acts every Muslim tries to follow:

- Zakat (Charity) – Giving a portion of wealth to the poor.
